Our Support Desk ensures that we deliver to our service level agreements, resolving support queries effectively. If you have an issue please help us by providing clear, step by step workflows to illustrate how any issue you may have occurs. If you have any new requirements the more detail you can give us the easier it is to help you quickly.

To help your tickets get to the right people quickly, we have four request groups:

This allows us to ask you different questions depending on the nature of the enquiry and route your ticket to the right person.

Each section will have specific questions gathering the information we need to help you. For example, when using the ‘Request New Account’ form, we ask you to provide the name and email address of the new user.

When raising new tickets, please ensure that your organisation has been selected from the ‘Share with’ option at the bottom of the screen. This helps us obtain your site details quickly and speeds up the process in resolving your query.

Please DO NOT select the ‘No one’ option.

Client Satisfaction

When tickets have been resolved, the system will send out a very short and simple survey via email. The survey is a simple one-click response to highlight your experience with us.
