This month we are giving our new Junior Developer, Matt, a warm welcome to the Circle development team!
After graduating with a first-class degree in computer science last year, Matt will be working with our technical team to build, maintain, and support Drupal and WordPress websites.
Here's how he's been finding his time so far:
"Starting a new job in the middle of a pandemic has been fairly challenging, but Circle has provided a friendly and welcoming environment for remote onboarding. Despite being based over 150 miles away from the office (with the intention to move down to Bristol when it’s safe to do so), the team has been more than welcoming and willing to provide a helping hand.
Of course, there has been a lot of information to absorb over the first few weeks but this has given me a very broad oversight of Circle’s day-to-day operations and I’m excited to be joining the team and playing my part in the development and customer support processes."
