We've been working hard behind the scenes on this internal project for a while now and this is finally being put into action. Our intranet and support site are being upgraded and improved to help us provide a better service to all our customers in 2015. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, but we are taking support requests by email while this is underway. We hope you'll appreciate the new improved interface when we come back online.
