Responding to our clients’ aspirations to improve the participant tracking element of CiviEvent, we have created a new Drupal module for use post event.
In essence, this is an email directing the event participants to a profile form, asking for feedback: Was the content helpful? Did it fulfil/exceed your expectations? How was the coffee? etc.
The data can then be cross-referenced and compared via a user-defined Participant Profile. It also provides a ‘My Recent Events’ dashboard page to logged in users – showing events they have recently attended with links to leave feedback. Or even to edit existing feedback if some has already been left.
The ability to tailor data collection to specific event aims means the Event Follow Up module encourages improved event management and customer/delegate experience.
