Congratulations to our clients, Charity Technology Trust and Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) on the award of the Working Together Award at last week’s Technology for Good Awards for the Get Connected Investment Project Partnership
This award recognises partnerships and projects where multiple partners have collaborated with the aim of supporting people to get online.
Circle Interactive were commissioned to build a platform to manage the application process for approx £12m of Health Department funding for residential care homes. The system was built on Drupal and CiviCRM and integrated with an existing portal allowing SCIE users to login.
Get Connected was a joint initiative carried out by the Charity Technology Trust (CTT), SCIE and Lasa. The technology provided helped service users communicate with family and friends, better manage their care needs, find information, and access online services.
The Technology for Good Awards are organised by AbilityNet and BT and bring together a range of charities and businesses whose work enables people to improve their lives through the use of IT.
