Attention all Circle clients: as we prepare for a well earned break, we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your business in 2018 and provide a gentle reminder of our operational plans over the next two weeks.
The Circle Interactive office will be closed for the festive period from 25th December to the 1st January inclusive. We will return to business as usual on 2nd January 2019.
We do provide an emergency contact number for the working days inbetween times, but please note this is restricted to serious issues only (such as a hacking incident or complete unavailability).
Any other issues should be submitted via the ticketed support system as usual and we will attend to these when our office reopens.
The emergency contact number is 07967 681713. Please note any non-emergency calls made to this number will be billed in 30 minute increments at £160 p/h +VAT, therefore a minimum charge of £80 + VAT.
