David Moreton addressed Charity Comms SW members last Friday to talk about Successful CRM projects. He was followed by Geraldine Crawford from Sustrans who talked about their ongoing CRM implementation and group discussions ensued. It was a good session with many interesting questions being raised and several of those attending were just starting CRM projects so hopefully a lot of people took lessons away.
